White River Butte Pit Setback Levee

The goal of this project is to address flooding issues along Butte Avenue. The proposed project is a setback levee along the right bank of the White River extending from the end of the King County proposed Pacific Right Bank Flood Protection Project to upstream of the 8^th Street Bridge in Sumner to provide flood protection and reconnect the floodplain. This project is currently in the property acquisition phase.
